Exclusive Suite Services and Amenities
Access & Departure from Suites:
Suiteholders have early access through our VIP entrance at Gate #2 off Bay St. two (2) hours prior to all Leaf and Raptor games. For all other events, access times will vary. Suite guests are permitted to remain in their Suite up to thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the event.
Adopt-A-Suite Program:
This service has been designed for suiteholders to benefit even when they are unable to attend an event. Should a suiteholder not be using their Suite for any Leaf or Raptor game or other event, they may notify Executive Suite Services and we will do our best to rent the Suite on their behalf. The Adopt-A-Suite program has returned over one million dollars to suiteholders.
Donate-A-Suite Program:
This program has been designed for suiteholders to benefit even when they are unable to attend an event. Should a suiteholder not be using their suite for any event, they may donate their suite to charity through the Leaf Fund or Raptors Foundation for a charitable tax receipt.
Business Needs:
Should a suite guest require the use of a telephone, fax machine, photocopier or internet service during an event, our concierge staff would be pleased to assist you.
Centresports Team Merchandise and Program Delivery Service:
Toronto Maple Leafs or Toronto Raptors game programs or merchandise can be delivered directly to your suite.
Concierge Service:
Our professional Concierge staff are readily available during every event to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Executive Suites Meeting Room:
The Executive boardroom is a great amenity for our suiteholders. Our clients have the opportunity to book the room during event and non-event times to hold meetings or host private functions.
This luxurious room has been designed to hold meetings for up to 18 people. It features high-end finishes and cherrywood throughout, and comes equipped with boardroom table, leather chairs, TV, VCR, pull down screen, whiteboards and wet bar.

Executive Suite "Will Call" Window:
Located at Gate #1 on the east side of the Ticket Office, suiteholders have access to their very own ticket office. This window is exclusively available for suiteholders to pick up, leave or purchase tickets on event nights. This window is open for all Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors home games, and will be open for other events as required.
Leafs Fund for Kids & Raptors Foundation for Kids 50/50 Draw:
Tickets to this in-arena raffle are sold throughout Air Canada Centre until the end of the second period or half time. During this time Foundation volunteers will visit all suites to sell raffle tickets. In the third period or fourth quarter the winning ticket is drawn and one lucky fan takes home 50% of the net proceeds of the game's 50/50 ticket sales. The remaining 50% will benefit the Leafs Fund for Kids or Raptors Foundation for Kids, the charitable arms of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors.
Newsletter and Other Promotional Items:
"A Suite Life," our quarterly newsletter exclusively for our suiteholders, provides the latest details on upcoming events, Insider player profiles, and other suite news.
On select corporate sponsor giveaway nights, wherever possible Executive Suite Services will provide each suite with their own allotment of giveaways.
Parking:
Each suite comes with one transponder for Air Canada Centre's underground parking.
Suite Kids Stuff:
In addition to all the fun and excitement of attending the game, our "Suite Kids" will now have a chance to be part of the game day experience! Each month Executive Suite Services will conduct a draw to see which lucky suite will have the chance to participate in the "Be a Ball Kid," "High Five," "McCourtside" or "McRinkside" programs.
Telephone Services:
Each suite is equipped with its own direct-dial telephone and there is no charge for local calls.
Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni Program:
This is an opportunity for suiteholders to meet, greet and mingle with some of the greatest Leafs players in their very own suite! You and your guests can spend a period or an entire evening with an official Toronto Maple Leafs Alumni. For pricing and availability please contact the Suite Services team. |
