How do I get to Air Canada Centre?
Air Canada Centre is accessible via a variety of routes and transportation modes. Union Station is a short walk to Air Canada Centre, offering GO Transit and TTC stops.

Where is parking located at Air Canada Centre?
Air Canada Centre is a short walk to over 13,000 public parking spaces. Air Canada Centre has two (2) levels of parking beneath the building which are used for private suiteholders and office tenants.

There are four (4) on-site accessible parking spaces available for fans with disabilities. To reserve one of these spots for an upcoming event, please make your reservation in advance by calling (416) 815-5743 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.



Does Air Canada Centre charge a service fee at the ticket window?
For Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors tickets, there is no service fee at the Ticket Office window. For live events, a nominal fee is charged at the window.



I've lost my tickets, how can I get replacements?
For Toronto Maple Leafs or Toronto Raptors ticket replacements, please visit your online Account Manager to reissue your tickets. If you require help, contact your Season Seat Representative by calling (416) 703-LEAF (5323) or (416) 360-DUNK (3865). If you purchased your Toronto Maple Leaf or Toronto Raptors tickets through Ticketmaster, please contact the Ticketmaster Customer Service.

For replacement tickets to concerts and live events, the original purchaser must contact Ticketmaster in order to reissue tickets.



I need to pick up my tickets from Will Call. Where is it located?
Fans picking up tickets at Will Call pick them up from the Ticket Office located inside the Galleria. Please remember when picking up tickets purchased online or by phone from Ticketmaster, photo I.D. and the original credit card with which the tickets were purchased must be presented.



Can I order tickets through the Ticket Office by phone?
No. Air Canada Centre Ticket Office sells tickets by walk-up only. All phone orders can be placed by calling Ticketmaster at (416) 870-8000.



When can I purchase tickets at Air Canada Centre?

I have General Admission tickets. What gate do I use?
Fans with General Admission tickets to an event at Air Canada Centre must enter from Gate 2B, located right next to Gate 2. Please be advised that this is an unmarked gate.



Does my child require a ticket for an event?
Children who are 23 months and under may enter Air Canada Centre without a ticket, but must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. All children 24 months and over must have a valid ticket for a specific seat location for entry.

This policy is subject to change based on the event.



How can I get season tickets?
For Toronto Maple Leafs season tickets, call (416) 703-LEAF (5323).
For Toronto Raptors season tickets, call (416) 366-DUNK (3865).
For Toronto Marlies season tickets, call (416) 977-PUCK (7825).
For Toronto FC season tickets, call (416) 360-GOAL (4625).

I lost an item at Air Canada Centre. How do I get it back?
If you have lost an item during a game or event, please visit a Fan Services Desk at Gate 1, Gate 2 or Level 300 (Section 321).

Air Canada Centre creates an inventory of all lost items and stores them in the Lost and Found room, where items are kept for 30 days. Lost items not claimed within this period are forwarded to charity. Items containing identification (driver's license, health card) are forwarded to the owner via mail.

What kind of I.D. can I use to purchase alcohol?
Please note that any person purchasing, possessing or consuming alcohol must be 19 years of age or older and must produce acceptable photo I.D. with proof of age. Acceptable forms of I.D. include: valid driver's license, age of majority card, passport, Canadian citizenship card, Armed Forces card. The Ontario health card is not an acceptable form of I.D. at Air Canada Centre with respect to alcohol purchase and consumption.



Can I smoke at Air Canada Centre?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Air Canada Centre. The facility is smoke-free, including all restaurant areas, suites and lounges. Anyone found smoking inside Air Canada Centre will be immediately ejected from the arena and subject to the maximum fines as per Ontario's Smoke-Free Act.

Air Canada Centre utilizes a "pass-out" re-entry system that allows smokers to exit to designated smoking areas (Gate 4, Gate 5 and Gate 6 - suiteholders are encouraged to use Gate 2) by presenting a valid event ticket, and to be permitted to re-enter the building by presenting the same ticket.



Can I bring bottled water into Air Canada Centre?
Air Canada Centre does not allow outside food and beverage into the building. Upon entry, fans will be asked to leave the items in question at the door. Please visit Prohibited Items for further information.



I made a sign; can it come into the arena with me?
Banners and signs may be brought in and displayed at games; however they are not permitted at live events. Banners and signs must not interfere or obstruct the view of other fans, and must not be obscene or in poor taste. They must not cover or distract from any permanent signage. Commercial messages are not permitted.

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. reserves the right to remove any banner or sign considered unacceptable.



Can I bring my camera to an event?
For most events, the use of flash photography and professional equipment, video or audio recording is not permitted. Small point-and-shoot cameras are generally permitted inside the building. We reserve the right to confiscate any tape or film that is used during an event.

NBA: Use of flash photography is prohibited. Video cameras are permitted, but the use of still photos or video footage for commercial purposes without written permission from the NBA is strictly prohibited.

 NHL: Video cameras are not permitted. Non-flash photography is allowed; however, if the lens is detachable it must not exceed 75mm.

NLL (Toronto Rock): Video cameras are not permitted. Non-flash photography is allowed; however, if the lens is detachable it must not exceed 75mm.

Concerts and Live Events: As the camera policy for each event varies, we recommend that fans contact Fan Services at (416) 815-5982.

What time do gates open for an event?
For concerts and live events, all gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.

For Toronto Raptors weekday games, Gate 2 opens at 5:00 p.m., and all other gates open 60 minutes prior to the start of the game.

For Toronto Maple Leafs games, Gate 1 opens 90 minutes prior to the start of the game; Gate 2 opens at 5:00 p.m.; Gates 3, 4, and 5 open 60 minutes prior to the start of the game and for Saturday games, all gates open 90 minutes prior to the start of the game.

Please note that Gate 2 opens at 5:00 pm for Suite ticket holders or people with restaurant reservations only, not for general public.



Where can I buy official team merchandise?
Official Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, Toronto Marlies and Toronto FC merchandise can be purchased CentreSports, located in the Galleria next to Gate 1. Additionally, fans may purchase merchandise during games at the CentreSports kiosks located throughout Air Canada Centre.

Monday - Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday  12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Event Hours:
Please be advised that CentreSports is closed to the general public during all events. The store is open to ticketed customers during games only, from inside the arena.
