Booking Procedures
Venue & Site Selection: The first step in holding a successful event is location. If we cannot accommodate your function at Air Canada Centre, then allow us to find an ideal location to suit all your event needs.
Rentals: We can source rentals from a wide range of suppliers. Please contact one of our coordinators to discuss your specific needs.
DJ's & Entertainment: We can suggest floral, DJ's, entertainers and many other options to compliment your event. Please inquire through one of our coordinators.
Audio Visual: A complete line of audio visual aids are available.
Service Charges: Please note that prices do not include service charges or sales tax.
Event Staff: We offer experienced and professionally trained staff to assist with every aspect of your event. Our staff's attire can be coordinated to match the atmosphere and environment of any function.
Bar Services: Air Canada Centre is a fully licensed facility providing a varied selection of bar options. Our staff abides by all government laws regarding the purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages. All products must be supplied and served by Platinum Catering Company staff. All staff is required to successfully complete the Smart Serve program for both the benefit and safety of our guests.
Parking: There are over 5,000 parking spaces within immediate walking distance from our facility. We can also arrange professional valet parking to formalize your special event. Please ask us for details.
Additional Services: Our coordinators are pleased to review any additional needs that your event requires (coat check, signage requirements, packages & parcels, banner hanging, menu cards).
