Sommelier Jennifer Huether-Vranjes together with Assistant Sommelier Melissa Stunden are passionate in bringing our fans the most cutting edge wine program.

In order to achieve our goals, we took our fans' entire dining experience into consideration. Firstly, our wines are stored in a state of the art, fully temperature and humidity controlled glass cellar built in the middle of the Club with the capacity to hold 1,500 bottles. Secondly, incorporated into the wine program was the installation of a Verre de Vin system from France, preserving opened bottles of wine for a higher quality of by the glass wine service. In addition, the perfect crystal glass was also sought out in order to suit our large range of wines. Finally, in order to keep wine top of mind, we offer frequent tasting and training seminars to our service staff. We believe we have evaluated all aspects and set standards for our Wine Program and are proud to offer our expertise to enhance your dining experience.

The wine list starts off with a selection of wines by the glass from around the world, followed by our expanding half bottle program. Next, we feature sparkling wines with a focus on France's Champagne region. Following this, we enter the world of whites, where we offer you a small but concise selection of grape varieties from all corners of the globe. We are proud to support our local wine industry and our next page consists of some of the finest hand selected reds that Canada has to offer. Wines from the United States have proven to be some of our fans favourites and you will find that we have a large focus on juicy red varietals from California. We then offer an exceptional range of Brunellos, Amarones and Barolos from Italy. By popular demand, we have increased our selection of rich, voluptuous Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia. Finally, we lead you to our Sommelier picks from around the world, where we showcase fun and interesting red & white wines that have become our favourites. To finish off the evening we offer an array of Port and dessert wines by both the glass and by the bottle.
