Welcome to the Air Canada Club. Master Sommelier, Jennifer Huether together with the Assistant Sommeliers are proud to offer an extensive wine selection here at the Air Canada Club. This comprehensive list features over 200 hundred labels with a focus on wines from Ontario, California, Italy and Australia. We have also sourced an abundant selection of red and white wines to include sustainable, organic, biodynamic and kosher styles.

We open our list with a large selection of wines by the glass, half bottle and large format selections. Our wine by the glass program offers white & red wines and also features sparkling wines including Piper Heidseick, featured by the glass. To ensure and preserve the health and life span of our wines by the glass we have installed the 'Verre de Vins' system which keeps them in top quality from event to event.

For your ease and viewing pleasure, the wine list has been arranged based on the following criteria; Pages 1, 2 and 3 list our wines by the glass separated by sparkling, rose, white and red. Page 4 lists our half bottles and large format sizes. Page 5 lists our sparkling wines and Champagnes for that special moment. Pages 6-7 feature our white wines from around the globe. Pages 8-15 are red wines in order of Country of origin; Canada, USA, Italy, Spain/Portugal/Other Countries, Australia/New Zealand, and finally France. Page 16 contains our dessert, port & fortified wines, and finally on Page 17, the Sommeliers' picks from around the World.

All of our wines are stored in a state of the art, fully temperature controlled cellar. This cellar can hold up to 1500 bottles, supports our over 200 labels and posses as an architectural feature in the restaurant.
